Pet Restrictions

  • Some breeds completely restricted. Monthly renters may have no more than 1 dog under 30 lbs. (Unless prior approval from resort mgmt.)

NO PETS IN RENTAL UNITS, POP-UPS, OR TENTS.

Electric is not included in rent. Washer in rig: $10.00/mo, whether used or not.
RIG CONDITION RESTRICTIONS APPLY. RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

  • Billed actual usage
  • $200 refundable deposit required on arrival
  • If year-round stay, electric must be placed in own name as soon as possible.

  • Monthly rental requires Deposits. Inquire at the Office.

Storage*

  • SITE RENTER NIGHTLY: $5.00 + tax, per item (boats/boats trls/cargo trls/jet skis/car haulers, etc)
  • MONTHLY: $2.50 +tax/ft/mo., $25 + tax minimum per month
  • Site occupants and/or monthly residents only.
  • Office assigns location.
  • No RV storage available.

Boat Slip Rates*

  • SITE RENTER NIGHTLY: $10.00 + Tax
  • PUBLIC: $15.00 + tax in Basin; $20.00 + tax on Seawall
  • MONTHLY: $5.50 + Tax PER FOOT. (Minimum monthly slip: $88.00 + tax).
  • All Slips subject to availability.
  • Maximum size for marina basin, 24 ft.
